This Subscription Policy explains how QuickScores mobile app premium subscriptions work across different platforms and devices. This policy applies to subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play In-App Billing, and QuickScores internal subscriptions.
If you have any questions about subscriptions, please contact us.
Your QuickScores premium subscription is linked to your account, not to a specific device or platform. This means:
One subscription works everywhere: When you purchase a premium subscription on any device (iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Android tablet), it automatically works on all your devices where you're logged into the same QuickScores account.
Switch platforms freely: If you purchase on iOS and later switch to Android (or vice versa), your subscription continues to work. You don't need to purchase again.
Multiple devices: You can use your subscription on as many devices as you want, as long as you're logged into the same QuickScores account.
No. Your subscription is tied to your QuickScores account, not to a specific device. Once you purchase premium access on any device, it works on all devices where you're logged into the same account.
Yes. Your subscription automatically works on all Apple devices (iPhone, iPad) where you're logged into the same QuickScores account.
Yes. Your subscription works across all platforms. A purchase on Android automatically works on iOS devices (and vice versa) when logged into the same QuickScores account.
If you accidentally purchased subscriptions on both platforms, you're being charged twice for the same access. Here's how to fix it:
Choose which subscription to keep: Decide whether you want to keep the iOS subscription or the Android subscription.
Cancel the duplicate: Cancel the subscription you don't want to keep through the appropriate store:
You keep access: When you cancel a subscription, you keep premium access until the end of the paid period. After that, your remaining subscription continues automatically.
Refunds: QuickScores cannot issue refunds for store purchases. For refund requests:
Yes. If your organization provides you with a complimentary QuickScores subscription (sometimes called an "internal subscription"), you can safely cancel any existing subscription you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to avoid being charged.
To cancel your store subscription:
You'll continue to have premium access through your organization's subscription even after canceling your personal store subscription.
Cancellation procedures depend on where you purchased your subscription:
iOS (Apple App Store):
For more details, see Apple's subscription management guide.
Android (Google Play):
For more details, see Google's subscription management guide.
Organization/Internal Subscription: If your subscription was provided by your organization, contact your organization's administrator or contact QuickScores support.
Important: When you cancel, you keep premium access until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that.
Refund policies depend on where you purchased your subscription:
iOS (Apple): QuickScores cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store. Apple handles all refund requests. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund request process.
Android (Google): QuickScores cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Google Play. Google handles all refund requests. To request a refund, visit Google Play Help Center and follow Google's refund request process.
Organization/Internal Subscription: If your subscription was provided by your organization, contact your organization's administrator or contact QuickScores support.
When your subscription expires:
You will lose access to premium features
You will still be able to use free features of the app
Your account data and settings are preserved
You can re-subscribe at any time to regain premium access
Subscription renewals are handled automatically by the platform where you purchased:
iOS: Apple automatically charges your payment method 24 hours before your subscription expires. You can manage auto-renewal in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
Android: Google automatically charges your payment method when your subscription expires. You can manage auto-renewal in Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions.
Organization/Internal Subscription: Your organization manages the subscription duration. Contact your organization's administrator about renewal.
Subscriptions are permanently tied to the QuickScores account that was active when you made the purchase. Subscriptions cannot be transferred between different QuickScores accounts.
If you need to use a different QuickScores account:
Cancel your subscription on your old account (you'll keep access until the paid period ends)
Purchase a new subscription while logged into your new account
Or contact your organization if they can provide an internal subscription for your new account
QuickScores subscriptions are stored in our database linked to your account ID (ContactID), not to a specific device or platform. When you log into the app on any device, we check if your account has an active subscription - regardless of which platform was used to purchase it.
For each subscription, we store:
Your account ID
Platform used for purchase (iOS, Android, or Internal)
Subscription status (active or expired)
Subscription expiry date
Product purchased
We do not store your payment information - all payment processing is handled securely by Apple or Google.
If you have questions about your subscription that aren't answered here, please contact QuickScores support. We're here to help!
